The purpose of the coaching course is to provide the participant with a personal and a professional assessment. Based on the assessment, the participants will become actively responsible for choosing the strategy for their future participation on the labour market.

The assessment is made through personal, individual interviews resulting in mutually binding agreements and actions.

The duration of the course is six weeks, but it can be prolonged as required.
