Through the EDI, the manager will obtain a better knowledge of the unexploited potential of the employee. Superfluous or obsolete working routines are revealed and effective adjustments can be implemented.

 

The course gives the manager tools to:

 

Prepare and carry out an EDI, including behavioural analysis and interview training.
