The course is aimed at managers and other employees who need new knowledge about, tools for and training in how to communicate in difficult situations.Image

The purpose is to provide the participants with insight in and understanding of the differences and personal filters of people. The participants will practice methods of communicating in awkward situations, without causing conflicts.

 

Examples of situations that may involve difficult talks: All that have to do with dismissals, relations between manager and employee, relations between colleagues, teacher-parent relations, relations between nursing staff and the elderly and their relatives.
