Who are we?

NYME A/S was founded in 2000 and is a nationwide firm of consultants who offer support to people on the move.

It is important for us to appoint consultants of both genders and different ages and with different professional and personal backgrounds. It is common to all our employees that they have changed their line of business in order to find a new and more challenging job. 

How do we work?

We develop dialogue-based courses. We acquire knowledge of the participants and their qualifications and use this as a basis for targeting our courses. This approach enables us to work with the Public Employment Service (AF) and municipalities on the development of the relevant course. From the start of a cooperation we coordinate the mutual expectations in relation to content, duration and the results of the courses. We are flexible with regard to planning, content and start date.

All activities are continuously evaluated and adjusted.

We operate in an informal and cheerful atmosphere with respect for the participants, each other and the tasks.

 

Who do we employ?

The company has a versatile staff of internal and external consultants who have different specialties.

Thus, we can assure the relevant professional standard and understanding of the differences among the participants.
